The question:

Now, I suspect this was originally posted as a troll, with punctuation and intermittent words removed. He probably wrote a full sentence and then decided to troll the thread, at which point he turned his sentence into nonsense.
Here's what I think he originally meant:
"Has anyone really gone so far as to, or even decided to, use, or even want to make, something look more like reality?"
That's grammatically correct and actually makes sense:
Has anyone really gone so far as to use something that looks more like reality [than the screenshot posted by the OP]. Has anyone even decided to even want to make something which looks more like reality?
It's pretty much both of those sentences merged into one, using commas.
